These terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can use our online store and place orders for products from shop.g-s.si. The supplier and seller of the products is GUMARSTVO ŠRAJNER d.o.o., Sv. Primož nad Muto 26, 2366 Muta, Slovenia.
By ordering products from shop.g-s you are deemed to have understood and accepted these Terms of Use (hereinafter: Terms) without any limitations.
Terms of the online store shop.g-s.si were prepared according to the Consumer Protection Act, GDPR legislative and Electronic Communications Act. English Terms are fully valid in all states where Terms in the local language are not provided.
Everyone that registers or makes a purchase at shop.g-s.si agrees on these Terms.
Order terms
You can use an online store as a registered user or as a guest. When registering, you gain a username, which is the same as your e-mail address and a password, which you select by yourself. We will verify your e-mail by sending you a verification mail. The username and password of the user clearly define and connects the user with the entered data. At your account, you can manage your data and see your shopping history. The user is obliged to be older than 18 years old. With the first purchase, the user enters into a business relationship with GUMARSTVO ŠRAJNER. Purchase can be done also without registration. It is considered that the user (buyer) and GUMARSTVO ŠRAJNER will conclude a distance contract at the time of purchase. The contract is concluded in the English language.
The online store operates 24/7. Due to technical reasons, sometimes access to the online store might be disabled. GUMARSTVO ŠRAJNER, therefore, reserves the right to limit or completely disable the sale of some or all of the products for a fixed or indefinite period, or to limit or completely restrict access to the online store for a fixed or indefinite time. GUMARSTVO ŠRAJNER does not assume responsibility for the inaction of the online store due to insufficient knowledge of the use, any consequences of the abuse of the website, failure to provide services due to a failure of the telecommunications network, power failure or other technical disturbances that might disturb the use for a certain period.
Offer, prices, discounts, and different special offers
Online store shop.g-s.si offers you purchase of unique electronic candles, different urns, rosaries, and other products.
All prices at shop.g-s.si are in EUR. VAT is included (value-added tax). For all orders current prices are valid.
Prices might be changed anytime without any warrant in advance. Special prices during special offers are set individually and for a limited period. The customer sees the discount at the end of the order (at the cash).
Gumarstvo Šrajner has the right to prepare different offers with special discounts or additional offers when the customer buys several products or a special set of products. These special offers will be always set in advance and published online at shop.g-s.si. All special offers have limited period and the customer has no right to claim the discount in the time special offer is not valid.
Special offers are managed directly after order and are clearly indicated on the pro forma invoice and later on the invoice.
Customer can pay products at shop.g-s.si:
- Upon pro forma invoice (received by e-mail) on transaction account GUMARSTVO ŠRAJNER,
- With credit cards (Mastercard, Visa),
- With the Pay Pal system.
At the end of the order please mark which payment method you would like to use.
The shipping price is calculated according to the chosen Delivery service.
Products will be shipped after the payment is received, to an address designated by you. If any articles are not on stock, GUMARSTVO ŠRAJNER will inform the customer on the extension of the delivery date.
Shipping costs are calculated already in common price in online store shop.g-s.si and customer is not obliged to pay any extra costs to the carrier. The customer will receive the products to the address, as noted in the carriers' regulations.
In the case of personal pickup, the cost of delivery is not charged.
Billing
GUMARSTVO ŠRAJNER will send pro forma invoice by e-mail, in pdf, the final invoice in paper form will be enclosed to the package. The invoice includes all data according to tax and consumer legislative. The customer is obliged to check all data before the final purchase at the end of the checkout process. Later complaints on invoice regularity will not be taken into consideration.
Cancelation of the order
GUMARSTVO ŠRAJNER is trying to finalize orders as quickly as possible and guarantee to purchase ordered products as fast as possible. If the customer wants to cancel the order, it can be done, but please send an email to info@g-s.si as soon as possible to stop the delivery.
Withdrawal from purchase
The customer has the right to withdraw on the purchase after he or she received the items. Items can be returned without any explanations.

Limitation of Liability
GUMARSTVO ŠRAJNER d.o.o. does not take any responsibility for any possible consequences of using information in the online store. GUMARSTVO ŠRAJNER d.o.o. reserves the right to change the contents of the online store at any time without prior notice and shall not be responsible for the possible consequences of these changes.
GUMARSTVO ŠRAJNER d.o.o. will work to the fullest extent possible for the up-to-date, impeccable operation and accuracy of the information listed in the online store shop.g-s.si. Nevertheless, the properties of products, delivery times, stock or prices can change so quickly that GUMARSTVO ŠRAJNER fails to correct certain information on the online store. In such a case,GUMARSTVO ŠRAJNER will inform the customer of the changes and offer a solution that will be for the satisfaction of both parties or, allowing him to withdraw from the contract or to replace the ordered products.GUMARSTVO ŠRAJNER has the option of withdrawing from the contract only if a clear error is detected. A manifest error is considered a defect in the essential characteristics of the product and any mistakes that are considered to be decisive by the custom in the shop or for the purpose of the parties, and GUMARSTVO ŠRAJNER would not confirm or conclude the contract in case of knowledge. If the customer sees any defect, failure or other technical imperfection, please immediately communicate it to one of the contacts (link to the contacts), thereby contributing to the quality and promptness of the website.
